The Curious Cat

didn't like his owner's hat.

He went around and stole a cookie

he didn't get caught he was lucky.

The next day he stole some milk

after he sat down on a carpet of silk.

Then he stole another cookie

the cat was still quite lucky.

But one day he got caught

a very good lesson he was taught.

He knows not to steal a cookie

because one day he'd be unlucky.
